Terms of service

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern sales made on the Moon & Grace website (moonandgrace.com), operated by Moon & Grace, a sole proprietorship, company / VAT number BE1035262687.

Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products

Our jewellery is described and presented as accurately as possible.
Photographs are given for guidance only: slight colour differences may occur depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Moon & Grace may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order.

4. Order

The order is concluded when you confirm it and payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to you.
Moon & Grace may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment problem, a stock issue or an existing dispute; you will then be refunded.

5. Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments and/or PayPal.
Moon & Grace does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Spain. Delivery terms, costs and times are detailed in the Shipping Policy.

In the event of a late delivery, a damaged parcel or a lost parcel, contact us at contact@moonandgrace.com: we will take the necessary steps with the carrier and offer you a solution.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. You can do so via the “Request a return” page or by email at contact@moonandgrace.com.

8. Liability

Moon & Grace cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or to circumstances beyond its control.

9. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, write to us at contact@moonandgrace.com. We undertake to reply as soon as possible.

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

All elements of the Moon & Grace website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the brand.
